Shipping is free on all orders.
During times of promotion shipping costs may vary.


Delivery times vary depending on the country you are ordering from.

Sweden: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of the world: 2-5 days

DHL will attempt three times to deliver your order. If you're not present when the order is delivered, you will receive a DHL InfoNotice. At the top of the InfoNotice, you'll see the date is was left and which attempt it was. After three unsuccesful attempts, DHL will hold the shipment for five days before returning it to Superjeans of Sweden.



Our Return Policy in short

• Contact Superjeans Of Sweden before returning any items.
• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
• We offer free returns within Europe
• The products must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
• Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Return Policy

Please contact Superjeans Of Sweden before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Superjeans Of Sweden and gives relevant information and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

This applies if you return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be substituted. You will receive a return note from DHL, print it out, put it on the package and we will take care of the rest.

International Return of a Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Superjeans Of Sweden is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Want to switch to another size of the same product?

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange. We will send you a new product with your desired size as soon as we have received your returned product. This applies if the product is in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be substituted.

Want to switch to another product?

Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Superjeans Of Sweden reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
